Verde is a luxury, seafront studio in Topaz, one of the most prestigious sites in Gocek, Fethiye. With its seaside location, well-kept gardens, and large swimming pools, Verde is an ideal holiday rental for parties of up to 3 people. It is advantageous for the disabled and elderly thanks to its wide doors, flat feet and no steps.

The apartment is well-decorated with luxurious, top-quality materials for your convenience. It is quiet and within 3-4 minutes walking distance to the town centre, main shopping street, marinas, supermarkets, and public transport points.

• Bathroom needs such as toilet tissue and soap are available on the property after check-in.
• Linens and bathroom towels are provided.

Cleaning And Hygiene

All rental properties are disinfected with a ULV machine with nanosilver ion technology. We wash bedding and towels at 90 degrees. Also, you can bring your towels and bedding if you wish.

Rent A Car

Topaz Gocek is within walking distance of the town centre. A car is recommended to discover Gocek, Fethiye, neighbouring cities, and antic-Greek ruins. If you want to rent a car from our business partners, we offer a recent car for about €100 per day. If you rent a car during your stay, your car will pick you up from Dalaman Airport and drop you off at the airport free of charge on the day of departure.
