Villa 9 is a Portville A-type villa and Villa 10 an A3-type villa. Both of our villas have 2 full bathrooms and a guest WC.

Villa 9 is a Portville A-type villa — the left-hand home of a twin block — with 124.75 m² of living space, front and side gardens and a 25–30 m² terrace. The ground floor has the living room (30.20 m²), kitchen (11.35 m²) and a guest WC. Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms; the original study has been converted into a third bedroom. Beds: a double bed in bedroom 1, a double bed in bedroom 2 and a single bed in bedroom 3; an extra single bed can be added to bedroom 1 on request, so the villa sleeps up to 6 guests.

Located between D-Resort Hotel and D-Marin, the site is especially appealing to sea and boat enthusiasts. It is located on 46 thousand m² of land nested with the sea.
Portville Gocek consists of 130 luxury villas. While a long swimming pool surrounds 51 throughout the site, the other 79 villas have a sea connection with canals. Each villa surrounded by the pool has direct access to the pool from its garden. Villa 9 is one of them, surrounded by a pool.
This 124 m² Portville A-type villa (the left-hand home of a twin block, with front and side gardens) has a bright living room with a terrace exit, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens white goods. The sliding doors in the living room open to the terraced garden and the 2000m² pool. There is a sitting group and sun loungers on the terrace where guests can relax. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. First-class materials and white colour were used throughout the villa for decoration.
Located just a few minutes walk from the marinas, restaurants, supermarkets and the main street of Gocek, Portville Holiday Villas by Gocek Rentals is only a 20-minute drive from Dalaman Airport.
All rental properties are disinfected with a ULV machine with nanosilver ion technology. We wash bedding and towels at 90 degrees. Also, you can bring your own towels and bedding if you wish.
Guests in Portville Holiday Villas have a %75 discount on Blue Point Beach which is the only private beach in Gocek, belonging to the D-Resort hotel in D-Marin. In addition, the site provides a golf cart for the residents easy access to the beach and marinas during the summer period.
Portville Gocek is within walking distance of the town centre. A car is recommended to discover Gocek, Fethiye, neighbouring cities, and antic-Greek ruins. If you want to rent a car from our business partners, we offer a recent car for about €100 per day. If you rent a car during your stay, your car will pick you up from Dalaman Airport and drop you off at the airport free of charge on the day of departure.
