Designed by the world-renowned American company WATG, Portville Site is one of the most prestigious and stylishly designed sites in Gocek, Turkey. Located between D-Resort Hotel and D-Marin, the site especially appeals to sea and boat enthusiasts. It is located on 46 thousand m² of land nested with the sea. Portville consists of 130 luxury villas. While a long swimming pool surrounds 79 throughout the site, the other 51 villas have a sea connection with canals. Each villa surrounded by the pool has direct access to the pool from its garden. Villa 50 is one of them, surrounded by a pool.

125m² gross, 115m² net sized rental villa has a bright living room with a terrace exit, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens white goods and is connected to the living room with a helpful service window. A sliding door in the living room opens to the terraced garden and the 2000m² pool. There is a sitting group and sun loungers on the terrace where you can relax. There is also direct access to the pool from the terrace.

The villa’s upper floor has two bedrooms with French balconies and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. First-class materials and white colour were used throughout the villa for decoration.

Located just a few minutes walk from the marina, restaurants, markets and bazaars of Gocek, Portville is only a 20-minute drive from Dalaman Airport.

• Complete cleaning every three days. Sheets, linens and towels are changed, and the villa is cleaned.
• Extra cleaning service is also available for 60€/day upon your request.

Cleaning And Hygiene

All rental properties are disinfected with a ULV machine with nanosilver ion technology. We wash bedding and towels at 90 degrees. Also, you can bring your towels and bedding if you wish.

Guests in Portville Holiday Villas have a %75 discount on Blue Point Beach, the only private beach in Gocek, belonging to the D-Resort hotel in D-Marin. In addition, the site provides a golf cart for the residents’ easy access to the beach and marinas during the summer period.

Rent A Car

Portville Holiday Villas is within walking distance of the town centre. A car is recommended to discover Gocek, Fethiye, neighbouring cities, and antic-Greek ruins. If you want to rent a car from our business partners, we offer a recent car for about €100 per day. If you rent a car during your stay, your car will pick you up from Dalaman Airport and drop you off at the airport.
