1. What is the process of booking a holiday home with Gocek Rentals?

    Step 1 – Start by browsing through our premium vacation rentals in Gocek in our website.
    Step 2 – Once you choose your property,  make an enquiry either through our website, give us a call at +90 532 361 3805 or send us an email to [email protected] for reservations. 
    Once your inquiry is submitted, one of our villa specialists will review your request, and respond to you as soon as possible by email or phone within or less than 24 hours. Once you decide which of our villas to rent, a booking agreement will be sent to you along with the payment instruction and procedure.

  2. What is the Payment Policy?

    To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit must be made through bank transfer. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed. The remaining amount should be paid at least 21 days before the arrival date.

  3.  What is the Refund Policy?

    Full refund for cancellations is made within 48 hours of booking as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
    50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
    No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

  4. Once I have booked can I change the dates of my booking?

    Depending on the availability of the property, you can change the dates of your booking however an amendmend fee of 20 Euros would be charged.

  5. What is the typical price range for a rental holiday home?

    The price changes depending on the type of the property whether it is a villa, an apartment, a duplex, etc., the size of the property, number of bedrooms, the season of your travel period (if it’s low, high, or peak season), the number of days or weeks you want to stay at the villa or even the quality of design and architecture. Remember, the longer you stay, the better rates you can get.

  6. What is included in the price of the rental?

    Our rates cover the cost of the stay in the apartments and villas including all utility bills, garden and pool maintenance.

  7. Do we need to pay for Security deposits?

    Our Gocek villas are delivered fully furnished and all the equipment in good working order. To cover any potential loss or damage caused by the guests, you will be required to sign a document authorizing the withdrawal of up to €500 from your credit card.  When departing if the inventory conducted reveals no instances of loss or damage, this document will be canceled.  If preferred, the security deposit may be paid in cash when confirming the reservation and refunded also in cash.

  8. Is airport transfer included?

    No, but you can request airport transfer services or rent a car with or without a private chaffeur with us for an extra charge.

  9. At what time can we check-in and check-out?

    Check in after 15:00 pm on arrival day.
    Check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
    Unathorized late check out will be charged at a minimum 'one night price' per hour.

  10. Is there an option for early check-in or late check-out?

    You can request an early check-in and late check-out for an extra fee as long as it is convenient in terms of other our guest traffic that day so we don’t promise.

  11. Is there any staff at the villa and do we have to pay extra?

    There is no permanent staff in our properties. Concierge staff can be requested at an additional cost such as a chef, driver, maid and other services those will be discussed with you by our travel specialist during the booking process.   12. Do we share the villa with other guests?

    No. You do not share the villa with other guests. When you rent the villa, the entire property is only exclusive for your use including all facilities eg. private pool, garden at the villa.

  13. How often are the properties cleaned?

    We clean all the properties before each check-in. Cleaning service during the stay is also available upon request at a small extra charge.

  14. Is smoking allowed in holiday rentals?

    Smoking is not permitted inside our properties.

  15. Are all villas safe for kids or child-friendly?

    Yes, they are but you need to double-check to make sure that your holiday home is  meeting your personal needs. Every property has different features and while some families find it very safe for kids; one might not feel comfortable with a detail.

  16. Are there daily shopping facilities nearby?

    In Göcek, beside the big supermarkets such as Migros and Macro, there are many local shops where you can find anything you may need.  On Sundays, Göcek has its traditional weekly open market. Also, we can arrange your daily grocery shopping for you at a small extra charge.

  17. How old do I need to be to book a holiday villa with Gocek Rentals?

    You need to be at least 18 years old in order to make a holiday rental booking with Gocek Rentals.

  18. Can I bring my pet along?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our properties.

  19. Can we bring more people than the maximum allowed listed?

    Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people a home can accomodate at one time. We don’t allow a guest to sleep anywhere but the beds and we appreciate your understanding.

  20. What is the best way to choose the right villa for me?

  21. Can I rent a vacation home as a gift for a friend?

    You can make a booking and pay for the reservation of a particular property for  another person or purchase a gift voucher. Please contact our team for further information.

  22. Does the home come with linen?

    Yes, all our properties come with linen.

  23. Do we need to bring our own beach towels?

    Yes, you need to bring your own beach towels.

  24. What items can I expect to find in the home?

    Our rental properties are individually owned and each home has different features available for guests. Please contact us to confirm what the property you are staying at has in terms of TV, Wi-fi and other features.

  25. Is the water drinkable in all properties?

    Some properties have water purifiers. Please ask our staff for your properties features. You can purchase drinking water from local groceries nearby.

  26. How do we obtain the keys?

    We will contact you regarding your pre-arrival instructions two days prior to your stay. A member of our team will meet you in person after your arrival and will present you keys.

  27. Do we have to clean the property before we leave?

    No, our cleaning staffs clean all properties after each check-out.

  28. Can I have a parties, weddings at the property?

    We have a strict NO Function policy at all our properties. If you are planning an event such as a wedding etc.; please inform our staff in hand and we will let you know before extra charges occur.
