Villa 10 is a Portville A3-type villa — the right-hand home of the same twin block as Villa 9 — with 130.70 m² of living space, front and side gardens and a 25–30 m² terrace. Upstairs are the master bedroom (17.50 m²) with its own bathroom, a second bedroom (16.35 m²), a family bathroom, a 7.30 m² balcony and a side balcony. Beds: bedroom 1 has a double bed plus a single bed that converts into a double, and bedroom 2 has a double bed, so the villa sleeps up to 6 guests.

Designed by the world-renowned American company WATG, Portville Holiday Villas is one of the most prestigious and stylishly designed sites in Gocek, Turkey. Located between D-Resort Hotel and D-Marin, the complex is especially appealing to sea and boat enthusiasts. It is located on 46.000m² of land nested with the sea. Portville Holiday Villas consists of 130 luxury villas. While 51 of them are surrounded by a long swimming pool that continues throughout the site, the other 79 villas have a sea connection with canals. Each villa surrounded by the pool has direct access to the pool from its garden. Portville 10 is one of them surrounded by the pool.
This 130 m² Portville A3-type villa (the right-hand home of a twin block, with front and side gardens) has a bright living room with a terrace exit, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens white goods. The sliding doors in the living room open to the terraced garden and the 2000m² pool. There is a sitting group and sun loungers on the terrace where you can relax. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with French balconies and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. First-class materials and white colour were used throughout the villa for decoration.
Located just a few minutes walk from the marina, restaurants, markets, and main street of Gocek, Portville Holiday Vilas by Gocek Rentals is only a 20-minute drive from Dalaman Airport.
All rental properties are disinfected with a ULV machine with nanosilver ion technology. We wash bedding and towels at 90 degrees. Also, you can bring your own towels and bedding if you wish.
Guests in Portville Holiday Villas have a %75 discount on Blue Point Beach which is the only private beach in Gocek, belonging to the D-Resort hotel located in D-Marin. In addition, the golf cart is provided by the site management or Gocek Rentals with easy access to the beach and marinas during the summer period.
Portville Gocek is within walking distance of the town center. A car is recommended to discover Gocek, Fethiye, neighboring cities, and antic-Greek ruins. If you want to rent a car from our business partners, we offer a recent car for about €100 per day. If you rent a car during your stay, your car will pick you up from Dalaman Airport and drop you off at the airport free of charge on the day of departure.
